Hi sxypnk! You can wear this under your non-maternity shirts to "lengthen" them and keep your belly covered. If you are still in the early stages of pregnancy, you can fold this over and use as a belt to keep unbuttoned pants/skirts up or to tighten loose maternity clothes. This can also be worn folded over (like a hip sash) over a Tee as an accessory.

sxypnk, once your baby is born, you can wear this around your waist to prevent exposed skin while lifting up your shirt to nurse. This basically allows you to use any loose fitting top as a nursing shirt. I use mine all the time! I'm glad I bought two of them.

Hi! The tubes are made of cotton-spandex. They pretty much feel like a snug T-shirt and are thinner, lighter and more forgiving than the Bella Bands. They provide light support. While they are able to hold up pants and skirts, they are not constricting.

Colors for the nursing tubes are black, nude, chocolate brown and geometric print though I currently only have black and geometric print in stock.
