Hi!
The inner shelf bra is pretty stretchy and can accommodate a range of cup sizes. Most women who wear A-C cups should be comfortable in this. Some clients who wear a D cup also say it is supportive enough to be worn without a bra.
Tank Sizing
Small = US 2-4 approximately 34A-C - 36A-B
Medium = US 6-8 approximately 36B-D, 38 A-C
Large = US 10-12 approximately 38 D - 40 A-C
