for everyone
Recent findings show have shown that many babies are unknowingly exposed to harmful substances called PHTHALATES. These substances are contained in shampoo, bath soap and lotions, particularly those with artificial fragrances. These are a by-product of processing, not an active ingredient, and so they do not often appear on the product label.  Increased levels of these chemicals have been associated with abnormal levels of reproductive hormones in babies. While true harmful effects/long-term effect are still to be determined, it is probably best to avoid exposure if possible.  Check labels and choose products that have been labeled phthalate-free.

Hip Moms and Babies offers a range of organic skincare products by Indigo Baby and Coco Cabana that are naturally scented, free of phthalates and safe for use in babies and young children.
